FORMED in 1990, Battery Technologies (Pty) Ltd became associated with electronics group, Powertech, of the Altron Group in 1999.
Powertech is an investment holding company and its subsidiaries and associates are principally engaged in Power, Telecommunication and Data Cables; Power and Distribution Transformers; Automotive and Industrial batteries and Solar Energy Systems; Lighting and Ancillary products; Electrical Accessories, Energy Management and Energy Control products; and Distribution of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Accessories.
