Greenbro (Pty) Ltd, which forms part of the Racec group of companies, is based in Cape Town, and operates two divisions, that manufacture:

• Electrical distribution kiosks and enclosures - manufacture and custom fitting with switchgear
• Standby generators - manufacture of complete solution

We currently supply electrical distribution kiosks and enclosures predominantly to the Western Cape Region. We do however also supply to other customer bases throughout South Africa and the African continent.

Our customer base in the Western Cape comprises most local municipalities, The City of Cape Town, Eskom, reticulation companies, private contractors, etc. Greenbro exports electrical enclosures to African countries such as Nigeria, The Gambia, DRC, Namibia and Swaziland.

We currently supply standby generators to numerous customers across South Africa and the African Continent.

Greenbro's electrical kiosks and enclosures are manufactured from polyethylene. This material was introduced to address to issues of price, durability and strength, UV stability, and very importantly, tampering experienced during the historical use of steel and

fibreglass in this application. Greenbro has also developed a patented anti-vandalism locking device on our kiosks, to address the issue of vandalism and theft.
