Design and construction of high-voltage overhead lines
We specialize in the design and construction of high-voltage overhead lines from 11kV to 400kV. Our capabilities include power line profiling and structure, and foundation design, construction and testing. We are manufacturer approved optical fiber installers and install and test OPGW, ADSS and underground optical fiber networks.
We use the latest design packages such as PLS Cadd and other computer design software. Designs are approved by professionally registered engineers for structural electrical and mechanical designs.
Design and construction of MV and HV substations
We design and construct MV and HV substations. The owners of Umakho Power have over 60 years of combined experience in the electrical construction industry.
We specialize in the design of solutions for problem projects where a custom-made solution is required to accommodate special requirements on site. We ensure that a working solution is found that is cost-effective and suites the client's current and future needs.
